Below, is an outline of what you can expect in your first class.

LET'S GET YOU READY FOR YOUR 1ST CLASS
WHAT TO EXPECT DURING YOUR FIRST SESSION
Your Personal Welcome-Getting To Know You
Duration: 5-10 minutes
During the Getting To Know You part, your Sensei or teacher will have you fill out the new student questionnaire form and health history assessment. We'll also discuss your reasons for joining, and any previous, martial arts experience, injuries or limitations, previous challenges and current goals.
Outfitting your Uniform or Boxing Gloves
Duration: 5-10 minutes
Before your first class, your Instructor will size you up for your New Official Uniform. Your official uniform is yours to keep. They will show you how to wear it, tie your belt and how to take care of it. They will also show you about the proper respect for your uniform, when and where to wear it, and how to keep it clean. Your Official Uniform is your first step to training and will make your better with the proper attire.
Your First Workout
Your First Progress Check (2 Weeks Later)
Duration: 30-45 minutes
During your first Karate class, your Sensei [Instructor] will help you develop the basics for your start in the martial arts. He or She will also help you increase your strength, flexibility, confidence, focus, concentration and more. For most people, this initial class will provide a great first workout. For those with higher fitness levels or experience, your Sensei will take you through a workout based on your experience.
Duration: 5-10 minutes
After you've completed all your paperwork, received your uniform and completed your first class, we will go over your training schedule and set a plan of progress for you or your child. We will also set up your first progress check and also take the time to answer any questions you may have.
Duration: 30-45 minutes
The step is where the magic happens! Your Instructor will use your new student questionnaire, history, results of your first two weeks of classes to see what your goals are, during the 2-Week Martial Arts Progress Check. They will also answer any, and all questions about our program, including how to continue after your 4-week web special.

One of the greatest feelings anyone can have is when you share something fun and cool with a friend, co-worker or another family member.
In the old days in Asia, you couldn't enter a Dojo (martial arts school), unless you were recommended, referred or sponsored by a friend, another family member or an existing student. The reason for this is so that the Dojo could grow with like-minded and good-hearted people.
Feel free to share our program with someone you know or care about. The greatest compliment you can ever give us is to refer a friend.
